Plot Summary
Fifteen-year-old Kagome Higurashi finds herself transported to feudal Japan after falling into an ancient well, where she encounters the half-demon Inuyasha. Together they must recover the scattered fragments of the powerful Shikon Jewel before it falls into the wrong hands. Their journey through a dangerous supernatural landscape forges an unlikely bond between the modern schoolgirl and the prickly half-demon.
